The Central Instrumentation Center for Multidisciplinary Research and Innovation (CICMRI) established in main campus of our University is equipped with sophisticated analytical instruments and other research facilities. The Government of Maharashtra has funded through special grant to strengthen the Research & Development (R&D) activities that are observed in main campus, subcampuses and all affiliated colleges spread over 4 districts of Marathwada region. This center is aimed to facilitate the instrumentation and analytical requirements in basic and applied sciences at academic, research, and industrial fields
At present, the state-of-the-art infrastructure including High Resolution Liquid Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (HRLCMS), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM), Raman Spectrometer, Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GCMS), Refractometer, Atomic Absorption Spectrophomometer (AAS,) Reactors and CADD Software (Biovia Discovery Studio) have been procured. The inclusion of few more equipment like Fluorescence Spectroscope, Density & Sound Velocity Mater, Viscometer, Zetasizer Nano Zs, Illumina MiniSeQ Platform of NGS for Genome Sequencing, Fluorescent Microscope, X-Ray Powder Diffraction (XRD) and Western Blot is under progress. Of course the services are offered on affordable charge basis to researchers in campus, affiliated colleges, other Universities and industries.
